Images <-> Sound

Initially I modified Reliable Software's sample FFT program 'Frequency Analyzer', improving it
(noteably using FFTW, adding my own 3D graph and gradient referencing).
You can find my modified version here.

Then I thought, why not do it in reverse?!

Feed any image to my rFFT program (can be photographs too!) and listen to it!
One can prove it works simply by analysing the sound with the frequency analyser.

The image sequence above demonstrates the transformation process:
The first is the frequency analyser program.
Next, the black & white image is transformed by rFFT into sound.
When the resulting sound is played back into the analyser, you can clearly see Trogdor appearing on the 3D Graph.

This has already attracted interest from the Acoustics Lab at uni and
from friends who are creating exciting & dynamic multimedia artworks.
